Shipping ; (1) Shipping method : We have only two shipping way so far, it’s EMS and Dutch Post. We will post the new shipping way if we get more choice. (2 )Item tracking :   We will tell you the item’s number after we send out your items.  Please try more times if the track website doesn’t responds. (3) Time of delivery : It’s about 3-4 working days from you order the item to it has been send out. The deliver time is about 15-35 days, which depends on the Custom clearance efficiency. So ,normally, it take about 15-35 days to get the item after you purchase it.  Specially customized knief would cost more time since all our swords are handmade swords. Please contact us for the estimated delivery time of the customizatd knief (4)Custom&Tax:  import duties, taxes and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  Those charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. If buyer rejects the item upon arrival due to TAX/DUTY reasons, we will charge buyer 5% Final Value amount   for handling fee. Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping. We do NOT refund shipping .(Note;Although it is free shipping  the product, but also requires  buyer pay the first shipping goods postage  to selller. (5 )  Return goods  The returned product must be FACTORY-SEALED in original condition.and after received items during 5days return.  If not the quality factor, the buyer need to exchange the product, the buyer need to pay the freight back and forth. Before we ship the new product or issue refund we must received your returned product in advance (6) Due to different monitors and shooting scene, the product take the material object as a standard,  the photos are for reference only. We can provide free lettering. If you need lettering please inform us before payment .
