This kit contains all the components in the photos below.     Circuit Introduction      This circuit is a light emitting diode automatic control circuit composed of digital integrated circuits CD4060 and 74HC138. The CD4060 is composed of an oscillator and a binary counter with 10 outputs. The external oscillator can be connected to a crystal or RC. The control circuit is connected to RC. The oscillation mode is composed of R1-R10 series connection and C1-C10 series connection. The resistance in series with the resistor is the sum of the resistances of the various resistors. The capacitance in the same capacity is equal to the number of single capacitor capacity/capacitance in series, 104/10.   After the CD4060 oscillating circuit starts up, the counter counts the oscillating signal. Each bit of the counter continuously inverts as the counter counts, thereby outputting a square wave signal with high to low frequency on pins Q4-Q14, among which Q4-Q10 Each of the light emitting diodes L9-L15 is driven so that the seven light emitting diodes generate flicker at different frequencies. The Q12-Q14 is connected to the input of the integrated circuit 74HC138, and the 74HC138 is a 3-8 line decoding circuit. At the output end, only one bit is low at the same time. As the data at the input changes, Y0-Y7 goes low in sequence, forming a water lantern effect on L1-L8. When the CD4060 count overflows, it will change to 0 and count again. In order to achieve 15 LED automatic control.
