1. Metal case: steel case instead of wodeen and OPP case.ensures high-precision printing, long term serve time and much better than wooden frame printer.
2. Software: Our R&D team developed new software called WANHAOMAKER. It’s more easier and faster than Replicator G.Everyone can operate it smoothly.
3. Printing volume : Print area is expanded from 225*145*150mm to 290*190*590mm.
4. Slicing speed : 9 times faster than before. Save much time .
5. Layer thickness : from 0.1mm to 0.02mm.It ensures high-precision printing.
6. Printing speed: Increased from 80mm/s to 300mm/s.
7. LCD Desplay : It can desplay both English and Chinese now.Also ,printing process is can be seen in the desplay.
8. Rail locking system : CNC Aluminium Casting Frame instead of Plastic screw up .
9. Extruder system : We use bowden Extruder now.he new generation nozzle has formed a perfect solution and can prevent block the nozzle.
10. High precision : Imported bearing and rail, all parts made by CNC, accuracy of X, Y is up to 0.01 mm, Z to 0.015mm, and the minimum layer is only 0.04 mm.
