• Turn around the box of the light by following the arrow of the back of the base to turn on the led light. After that,you can turn on and turn off the light with the wireless remote. For the RGB Light you can change to multi-color with the 24 keys Remote Controller

IR controller:

- 16 different static colors: press the color button on the remote to select color.

- Brightness: press Up or Down button to increase or reduce the brightness of static lighting.

- Dynamic color changing effect: select Strobe after selecting your desired colors (Top 4colors and Bottom 3 colors). To achieve dynamic changing effects, Select from Fade , Flash and Smooth to view colors changing in default order.

Step 1- Take off the plastic tab from the bottom of the controller..

Step 2- Turn On by pressing "ON" button on the remote controller

Step 3-Turn Off by pressing "OFF" button on the remote controller

Step 4- Set up the static Colors by pressing the 16 different colors button

Step 5- Press "Flash"-"Fade"-"Smooth" to program the color changing way

Step 6-"Strobe" Function, Need choose the top 4colors and bottom 3 colors first ,then press Strobe button.

Step 7-Use the two brightness and speed adjust buttons to make it more fun, after you set the colors or the grogram.

How to active the lights ?

----Twist to open the bases, Install 3 AAA Alkaline batteries properly

----Twist the base tightly to make sure the rubber right is sealed by the base, No gap.

----pull out the plastic tap from remote controller to activate it, Press ON. the light will keep static white color...If you want to turn it off. Press OFF directly.

Warning:

1. Tighten the cap (clockwise rotation) until you cannot anymore before placing it under water. Water can erode light quickly if the

cap is not at absolute tightest position.

2. Special occasion lighting only. Please take it out of the water after events. DO NOT keep it under water for more than 10 HOURS.
