Firstly, please check your wifi is 2.4G or 5G , this camera only works with 2.4G wifi.
Secondly,please check your wifi name, must in english letters or numbers ,no spaces and symbols.
4,Does it work with alexa and google home devices ?
yes. you must have skill of HOPEWAY in the alexa app or google home app.
5,Why motion detection doesn't work?
There are three levels of motion detection in settings,please adjust.

8,Can i login with facebook or twitter ?
