    The positive pole of the power supply, the blue one is connected to the negative pole respectively, and the wires at both ends of the transmitter and the receiver are connected together as a synchronous line, and the white line in the receiver is connected to the input terminal of the device.   Connect the transmitter's six-wire systemmdashbrown, blue, black, green, yellow, and redmdashto the receiver, and then connect the receiver to three-wire or five-wire systemmdashbrown, blue, white, gray, and black. The brown of the equipment is the positive pole of the power supply, the blue is the negative pole, the black is the normally open output, the white is the common end, and the gray is the normally closed output.   The safety light curtain sensor has two output modes, NPN and PNP, normally open and normally closed. You only need to select one output mode according to your actual needs. ( If the relay output is not required, this model product is replay output, so you can just ignore it, the replay output Is the best automatic way )  

Performance Characteristics

The safety light curtain sensor system is a newly developed high-quality automatic control product using infrared scanning detection technology. The transmitting device and the receiving device are installed on both sides, and the internal digital control is controlled by the single-chip microcomputer, so that the infrared transceiver unit forms an infrared light curtain guarding barrier under the condition of high-speed scanning. When people and objects enter the screen area of the light curtain, the control system rapidly switches The output level signal, so that the load action, when people and objects leave the light curtain alert area, the load will automatically shut down to achieve safety protection purposes.   Application Area:   Safety light curtain is mainly used in the electric companines, oil pressing machine, rubber machine, shearing machine, bending machine, three-dimensional garage, moulding machine, filter press, wood-working machinery and other dangerous equipment, etc.
