1. How long will it take to receive the dress?
All the dresses in our store are not in stock, we make the dress per order. It often takes 8 to 15 working days to finish a dress. 

If you choose slow shipping method such as post mail,Epacket, aliexpress standard shipping, it takes about 25 to 60 days to receive it after order per different country

If you choose fast express such as DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT, FEDEX, ARAMEX, DPEX, DPD, it often takes 15 to 30 days to receive the dress after order.

Custom made is welcome. Please contact us before placing order, thank you.

About Customs Duty
Our price does not include the customs duty. If there is customs duty, you need to pay for it. 
Please send us note if you have specail requirements. 

About order Cancellation
1. You will get full redund if the order was cancelled within 48 hours after order.
2. You will get 50% refund after the dress is finished before shipment.
All our dresses are not in stock, we make them per orders. The cost occurs once we cut it. 

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is top of importance to us.

Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress or clothing has been made to the standard size or custom measurements that you specified. Try on your dress or clothing as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. If you want to replace or change the dress, clothing, or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.

Dear, all our dresses are made by hand sewing and they need long time to transport, there maybe a little sequins/beading/crystal/feather/flowers fall off, please kindly note it does not belong to quality issues. We will do the best for you, we are sincerly hope you can love it, thank you so much!

Size or Fit Issues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom-made, the finished gown may vary by approximately 1 inch in the specified measurements.
To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional 3cm or 1 inch margins in each side seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions, you can contact us directly.

Color Mismatch
Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.

Return Process

<1> Please contact us as soon as you received your package.  Please include explanation and photos for the reason of the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.

<2> Once we approved your request, please send out the item within 5 days.
